SAT Bootcamp: Meet the Tutor 📚

Jul 08, 2024 11:00 pm

, you may have been wondering...

"This SAT Bootcamp sounds great and all, but who's going to be delivering each session? When can I meet him? Can I please get his autograph?!?"

Okay, maybe not that last part. But if you guessed that I'm running the sessions, you'd be correct!

My name is Dan Bouzolin and I run Dan's Test Prep. I've been tutoring for over 4 years straight now, have scored in the 99th percentile repeatedly on both the SAT and ACT (including a perfect 36 on the ACT), and I'm a National Merit Scholar who was able to graduate college for absolutely free due to my near-perfect PSAT score.

So, yeah - I'd say I'm a pretty good fit to run this thing, and lucky for me, Gohar and Mahad agree. Because they've also both scored in the 99th percentile, we're making sure this bootcamp is gearing up to be the best learning experience for you all with only the highest-quality prep materials.

In my eyes, however, a successful bootcamp comes down to so much more than just the tutor's SAT score.

  • A good tutor is able to explain things clearly and comprehensively, and show multiple different approaches to a question.
  • A good tutor can take the patterns they've picked up across thousands of practice questions and distill them into simple strategies.
  • A good tutor has a proven track record, repeatedly helping dozens of students improve their scores on these tests.

And that's why I'm giving you a sneak peek into my tutoring style with a recording of an event I did at my local library this weekend: SAT Saturday. The only difference is that this bootcamp is going to be more comprehensive, more interactive, and more impactful for everyone who joins.

Bootcamp's only a few weeks away. Hope y'all are excited to raise your score the way I and many of my students have.

See you next week.

~ Dan
