Happy weekend, !

I was talking to a group of my writing friends on Thursday—we meet via Zoom for mental health check-ins twice a week—and several said that they've lost all concept what day it is.

"If it weren't for regular garbage pick-up, I'd have no anchor to know where I am in the week. Fortunately, I can see the truck driving up my street from my office window before it reaches my house. That driver has seen me race to the road in all states of dress and undress! Poor man."

This is the new world, for many, of having their work and personal lives being handled all in the same room.

How are you managing? Do you make an effort to do something to keep track of what darned day it is? Do your weekends feel different from the rest of the week?

Mine don't... It's Saturday morning, I'm in bed with my coffee and writing to you. As a full-time author, I have to say my brain doesn't distinguish a Monday from a Wednesday from a Saturday... every day is a creative day, which means every day is a work day! I guess I'm lucky because I love it that way. 🤷‍♀️
