🖍 🎨 High rez files of your PNR coloring assets

Hello !

I believe we are perilously close to being able to wave the PNR flags and invite readers to participate in the PNR Romance Reader's Coloring Challenge!

🎉 🎨 🖍

I've had so much fun pulling these pages together. And I need to thank Mia Harlan for both convincing me that PNR authors weren't as scary in real life as you are in my head (since you're heads and shoulders, and wings and horns more creative than I could ever hope to be) and for sharing this idea in the PNR communities she belongs to.

The website

I need to do a bit of work on the branding of the PNR blog page where all your coloring pages live. But to do that I need to get the book cover looking more PNRy... and to get a few of the pages actually colored. I'll be doing a couple myself, but if you print and color yours and send it to me as a good quality/well lit image I'd be overjoyed to add it to the slider on the home page and the blog page with all the coloring sheets.

Your pages

To ensure you get your coloring page as a high resolution file, I've created a folder in Google Drive and uploaded them all.

Please only take your own page and don't share the folder link with anyone.

That said, once you download your coloring page, share that as freely as you wish!

I hope you'll invite your readers to color your page and post their art to social media with the hashtag #ColorfulRomance. That's one way we can buildg excitement about the challenge and reach new readers.

Your book cover as line art

If you ordered a book cover as line art you'll find that in this folder.

It lives on the website in two places:

On your specific blog post page and in the book cover gallery.

If you - or your cover designer - ever want me to remove it, just let me know. I consider this a fun way to put books in front of new readers and will never put it anywhere that requires payment to access.

Free download coloring book

This weekend, I plan to create the coloring book that I'll upload to BookFunnel so we can use it as a lead magnet and list-builder. I'll let you know when it's ready. I'll leave it for one month so we can all let our readers know about it.

If we each were to grab even just 30 people from our lists, we'd have a 1000 names to share at the end of the month.

The page will be GDPR compliant and have language to let everyone who downloads the printable PDF know that all contributing authors will get their name and email address.

Amazon coloring book

The Amazon version of the coloring book will be the next thing I tackle. Once that's available, I'll let you know. The contributors to the first coloring book wanted copies which I offered at cost by pricing the book at $3.99 USD (okay... I made $0.12 to $0.24 on each one sold!)

Author Copies would have a) been a lot of work for me to manage and b) taken weeks to process, whereas the Amazon marketplace was able to deliver coloring books within 3 days to authors in major cities and c) would have cost the same or more due to postage for authors who have Amazon Prime since I can't use Prime to mail Author Copies.

What else?

I feel like I'm forgetting something... I know where you are when I remember.

Thanks so much for joining this project! I've enjoyed getting to know you just a little.
