If you're not familiar, these are a series of therapeutic art videos I created for grief / loss.

I originally released them as a paid only course. But it's time to let it go - as a FREE gift!

Seriously, no strings attached. I'm re-editing and releasing all those videos on YouTube and I couldn't be happier. It's time to share them with the world, and with anyone of YOU who didn't get the chance to benefit yet!

The first full-length video is available now and it's all about facing the blank canvas (aka, the "Great Unknown"). Facing our future without the presence of a loved one (or the plans we thought we had made perfectly) can feel soooo paralyzing. The only way to get over the scary blankness is to 1.) cry and stare at it, and then 2.) start a little bit at a time.

I invite you to make something with me! (Project takes about an hour, minimal supplies, great for beginners.)
