The weeks leading up to Christmas can be a bit craaaaaazy, so I hope that this short, simple activity can help bring some peace into the coming weekend.
I created an activity called a "doodle jar" to help you capture the things that are around you in the present moment so that you can do just that- become more present.
It's like a guided meditation on the present moment. I promise, it's not weird at all. :-)
What you'll need:
- a printed PDF template (click here to download for FREE). You can also draw your own doodle jar.
- pen or pencil
- coloring supplies (optional)
