Dear
Are you interested in being a leader?
If your answer is 'no', I have another question for you.
How do you plan on being successful as a parent, spouse, business owner, Co-worker, CEO, and even a friend?
You would have to be a leader to train up a child, to share your life with someone, to convince people that your product/service is worth their trust and investment and to attract the kind of people you need to get ahead in life.
Now, are you interested in being a leader?
Your answer most likely now is 'yes'!
So, here's a definition of a leader by John C. Maxwell that you should not forget:
"A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way".
This simple definition is in three parts.
First you have to know the way; Don't settle for ignorance. Your knowledge defines the boundaries of your growth, and consequently the growth of those dependent on your leadership.
Don't get tired of learning. Don't give in to the despair that comes with uncertainty. Always seek to know.
When you have found the way, then go on ahead to find a better way. Don't stop learning.
Watch out for the remaining parts in my next mail.
Go for Greatness!
