Can you believe that it's just 5 days to Christmas?
Wow!
This time of the year brings so many childhood memories.
When I was a child, my parents would buy us special Christmas clothes. My brother and I would gladly wear our suits, or "buba and sokoto" (top and trousers), while my three sisters wore their elegant dresses which were mostly designed by my mum.
How about the jollof rice with its characteristic smell wafting into the air and tantalizing us till our mouths watered as we craved those steamy and spicy meals.
Ok... let me stop there. LOL.
