When I started my business I had a pretty clear vision of the products and services I wanted to create. I also knew that my business would likely change and evolve as I learned more about it.

Financially Focused started as an old school television show. Very dependent on the whims of television executives which left me feeling very constricted. I knew I was helping people, but being at the television studio at 5am to start taping was taxing on both myself and my two babies. Plus, I didn't have a strong social media team so that I could properly capture and distribute the nuggets of gold that my interview guests would drop to help viewers make real money with their investments. The goal of #FinanciallyFocused is to help its audience make excellent decisions to grow the money they have. Another #FinanciallyFocused goal is to help its audience speak with confidence and give instructions to their bankers/investment advisors to build wealth. And so the old school television platform left off an important component - the social media reach. The audience of #Professionals, #CorporateWarriors, #Entreprnuers and #SmallBusinessOwners needed to be able to watch on the replay for the advise to move their wealth. Can you believe that old school television executives demanded a SIX MONTH EMBARGO on televised interviews????? Image that level of control on my business and how limited I was. Then I saw the light. Or more specifically @AliciaLyttle showed me how to build my business using internet marketing. #AliciaLyttle was a blessing from above to #FinanciallyFocused. Thanks #Alicia. That said, as the demand for customized financial strategy grew, I knew I had to take Financially Focused to the next level. So private coaching and portfolio review became new services for the business. Then the #FinancialSuccessAcademy was born with the mentorship of #DrCarolynHayle. It has been such a journey!!!!! It is like as my two babies left diapers, learned to walk, learned to run and developed, so too did my business.
