I love being a journalist. Yet, my first degree is in accounting. When I started doing business journalism, I was of the view that every story in the newspaper should allow the reader to profit. I mean what is the value of a press release that a company opened a new factory if there was not corresponding information about why or why not you should buy the stock. And I felt that way about everything. Credit cards, auto insurance, family money, real estate and more were topics that were covered by financial and business journalists but no guidance about how a reader to actually profit or benefit from the story. So I realized that I needed to leave the traditional world of journalism and enter the world of #financialsuccesscoaching. I love journalism. I love sharing information. However, job is to be a #financialsuccess coach.
You can’t and shouldn’t do everything or try to please everyone!
Focus on what makes YOU...YOU so you never have to question if you are showing up as your best self �
