We hope that you are enjoying your summer. Some of you may be using the longer days and vacation time to try and get in some extra words, others of you may be juggling kids at home and feeling that you have less time than ever for creativity. This is your reminder that as important as it is to get words on the page (they have a pesky habit of not writing themselves) it is equally important to take care of yourself. To take time to refill your well. Read a good book, binge watch a show, ride some waves, swing in a hammock, play hide and go seek with your kids, make s’mores and remember that we have to live life to write about it.
