❄️ End the year with love for what you've done
Nov 28, 2024 3:01 pm
Dear ,
"To appreciate the beauty of a snowflake it is necessary to stand out in the cold.” - Aristotle
Anyone else trying to figure out how the heck it is the end of the year already? This time of year can be incredibly busy between trying to wrap up projects, the holidays, visiting family, and unexpected weather. It can be hard to squeeze in time for writing, but remember, it isn’t about hitting a certain word count or goal, it’s about living as a creative person. Give yourself the gift of being kind to your own art/writing. Take a moment and appreciate all you’ve accomplished this year, even when it was hard, perhaps especially when it was hard. The coming year is going to bring glorious things (and challenges too). Just like every snowflake is unique, so are you and the story you’re telling. We can’t wait to see what you do next!
Book Shopping and Sharing:
Reminder! There’s a thread in the forums where you can share your book covers/blurbs and links to help others who are looking for that perfect book for themselves or friends/family. And if you still need to do any shopping for people in your life (or yourself) be sure to check it out.
