add 200 lbs to your lifts!

Hey
Just checking with everyone considering the new year and a lot of people starting new things and going for new goals.
With that in mind, are you looking at adding 200 lbs to your lifts??

Adam had been through Russel Orhii's program template, Jeff Nippard's templates, and various others. Adam found the love for lifting through these guy's which is awesome, but he just felt like he was spinning his wheels sometimes. That was when Adam connected with me and gave coaching a try!
Within four weeks I was getting DMs that he had set personal best without even realizing it and then he was repping his old records casually by week 8. All while lifting in his kitchen during the pandemic. Just a bench, a modified (sketchy for sure) squat rack, and the concrete outside. Doing a busy schedule with vet school and traveling between home and school.
Adam found his love for weights but thought there was more for him. With coaching, communication, personalized training, and an awesome work ethic... He got that "more" and hasn't looked back since!
