You get:
- frequent check-ins (2x week) to make sure things are going well and if we need to change anything moving forward in the week, that way we stay on top of things
- video submissions and feedback to ensure form and technique are where we want it and possible actions
- personalized proactive programming to keep the gains coming, injuries managed and healing, and you enjoying training
- and schedule that stays within your means to keep you being time savvy
