September in Review:
September was another full and encouraging month on furlough! My travels took me to Pennsylvania, Georgia, North Carolina, and Kentucky, where I had the opportunity to visit several churches and participate in two missions conferences. I also had the privilege of being in the church I grew up in, where my family still attends. It was such a blessing to reconnect with familiar faces, meet new believers, and see firsthand how God is working in churches across the U.S. Each meeting reminded me that God is still stirring hearts for missions and using His people to make an eternal impact.

Between travels, I’ve been thankful for time at my home church — serving, making new connections, and helping in the Sparks class during AWANA. Watching the children memorize Scripture and grow in their understanding of God’s love has been such a joy and a sweet reminder that every part of ministry matters, no matter the age or stage.

Coming up in October:
This month, I’ll be traveling to churches in Virginia, North Carolina, Ohio, Indiana, and Iowa, with the privilege of being part of three missions conferences. Please pray for safety as I travel and that God would use each meeting to encourage hearts toward missions.
At the end of October, I’ll return to Georgia to teach a module class at the Vision School of Missions called “The Real Lives of Missionary Women.” I’m excited to share from personal experience about the blessings and challenges of missionary life and to encourage others preparing to serve around the world.
