Hello everyone

As you folks maybe aware, Monday is forecasted to be very hot and muggy. The barn we are dancing in, isn't insulated or has air conditioning. I am currently reaching out to the venue to see if they have fans that can be used for circulation. I have not heard back yet.

However, I am not ruling anything out and wanted to know if I pushed this event ahead to Monday 8/18/25, how many of you would be able to make it?

Again, nothing has been changed currently and I am just trying to get a feel of what my options are. Our dancers safety and well-being is our priority and if someone comes with nothing to drink on a hot muggy day is a concern.
