Where to park
We are thrilled to see the growing crowds at our Wednesday Mid Week Boot Scoot events at ON Tap. However, with the increase in attendance, parking has become a bit of a challenge. We want to ensure that your experience at our events is as seamless as possible, so we have put together some suggestions
First and foremost, we recommend arriving early if possible. This will not only give you ample time to find parking, but also allow you to dine in and enjoy some delicious food before hitting the dance floor. Plus, you can take advantage of the drink and food specials that are available before the event kicks off.
If you are unable to arrive early, there are a few parking options available near OnTap. There is street parking available on the surrounding streets, but please be mindful of any parking restrictions or time limits for business that are still open. Additionally, there is parking garages in the area that offers convenient and secure parking options. Please take to time to find a crosswalk to make it to the event.
We want to make sure that your experience at our Mid Week Boot Scoot events is enjoyable from start to finish. By following these parking suggestions, you can ensure a stress-free evening of dancing, dining, and fun.
Thank you for your continued support and we look forward to seeing you at our next event!

Tickets for SaturYAY are limited, so be sure to RSVP and secure your spot early. We anticipate that this event will sell out quickly, so don't miss your chance to join in on the fun.

We had a good run
Here are the results of our recent Woko Big Change Round up event in support of the UVM Children's Hospital. Unfortunately, we were only able to raise under $300 for this important cause.
We want to express our gratitude to all those who participated and contributed to this year's activities. Your support is truly appreciated, and we thank you for your generosity.
However, due to the lack of interest and participation in this year's event, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue the Woko Big Change Round up going forward. We understand that times are tough for many, and we respect the priorities of our community.
We want to assure you that we will continue to support the UVM Children's Hospital in other ways, and we hope that you will join us in our future endeavors to make a positive impact on the lives of children in need.
Thank you once again for your support and understanding. We are grateful for your continued partnership in making a difference in our community.

DANCING CORNER
The Importance of Step Counts
Dancing is a wonderful form of expression and a great way to stay active and have fun. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just starting out, there are always new tips and tricks to learn to improve your skills on the dance floor.
One key tip to keep in mind when learning a new dance routine is to focus on the counts. By understanding the counts of a dance, you can easily swap out moves to create your own unique style. For example, any 3 count steps can be replaced with another move of the same count. If you come across a grape vine, which is typically a 3 count move, try swapping it out with a spin for a fun twist.
Similarly, any two count move can be swapped out with a 1/2 pivot move. This allows you to add variety to your routine and keep things interesting for both yourself and your audience.
By mastering the counts of a dance and learning how to swap out moves, you can become a more versatile and creative dancer. So next time you hit the dance floor, don't be afraid to mix things up and try out some new moves.
Keep practicing, stay creative, and most importantly, have fun dancing!
