Hello, everyone.

Unfortunately, we've decided to cancel our Monday night event due to the high temperatures and humidity forecasted for that day.

We hope to continue with a barn dance, tentatively set for Monday the 18th. We have not heard back from the Isham Family Barn yet, but the weather for that Monday is currently forecasted to be in the low 80s with a 30% chance of rain, so it should be cloudy.

Please respond to this email if you want a refund I will process in the following way:

If you purchased your tickets with a credit card and cannot make it next Monday, we will refund you. If we cannot have it next Monday, we will refund everyone until we have a confirmed date for a future barn dance.

We appreciate your understanding, as we cannot risk people getting heat stroke and want everyone to have the best time with safety in mind.
