The newest thing!
I'm pretty much a believer in pulling together all the software tools you use to run your business and sticking with them for the longer term. But having said that, I've also been in business long enough to know that sometimes we need to look at new tools or make a change. And I've done that - two BIG back end changes and now I have been inching toward other, smaller changes. Why?
- Sometimes the cost of tools increases and drives my overhead costs up. As an example, Hootsuite just tried to increase my annual fee from $107 annually to over $500! That sure didn't happen!
- Sometimes your business has changed - maybe you are doing affiliate marketing now. Maybe you want to do more videos. Maybe you need a more sophisticated shopping cart.
- Sometimes you are having to duct tape together too many systems, and when one of them changes, goes out of business, or breaks it throws your entire system into chaos. Me, I like simple!
So the other day I heard about a completely all in one back end business system created by a guy who has been around online marketing for many, many years. It's called GrooveFunnels, and I don't like the name AT ALL because it's way more than creating funnels - which sometimes we just don't need do to. The name sort of turns me off. But I decided I was going to take a look at it since I'm looking for one-time pay now and have it forever type of tools these days.
I am just beginning to dive into GrooveFunnels but here's what I like so far.
- Other than a social media scheduling tool there is literally absolutely nothing else you will ever need to run any type of business that I can possibly think of.
- You can create a GrooveFunnels account entirely free - and not just for 7 days, either - forever.
- The free account is not a "lite version" of the software - it's the whole thing.
- If you are just now starting a new part of your business you can set everything up from scratch in GrooveFunnels and see how you like it.
- Right now they are offering a one-time payment forever. Why? Because they are in beta (still developing and adding features) so they haven't yet started their monthly fees yet. Buying in now means never, ever having to pay monthly fees - you are in, and that's it.
- There is a ton of training (free accounts get that, too) that shows you or your assistant how to use the system to benefit you best.
If you are feeling cluttered and fragmented in your business it might be worth it to open a free account (that's my affiliate link) and just poke around to see if this is a good business solution for you.
I'm going to be digging around in GrooveFunnels and I'll share with you what I've learned, if you are interested.
ALSO
If you understand what affiliate marketing is, have dipped your toe in, and want to increase your income, I highly recommend Karon Thackston's Affiliate Advantage: Success Secrets For Making More Commissions. (That's my own aff link.) I have bought this myself, and use it often. Use the code AFFADV20 to take $20 off today.
Setting ourselves up properly means that everything is easier - marketing, sales, meeting the right customers - all of it. Makes your business and your life SO much easier!
To your sweet success,
