I remember when I had my first idea to leave the corporate world and start my own business. It was an idea that became a dream, and as the months went by the dream expanded - all the things that could happen.

The thing is that when we dream up a business we are dreaming in terms of outcomes. But to actually get the business up and running we have to think about the big picture - and that includes the "how" those things will get done.

Today is our second day away from home - we're hanging out down on Marco Island and have a boat ready to take us out to the 10,000 islands part of the Everglades. I'm hoping for spotting birds and dolphins and manatees but not snakes. We'll see!
