Travel update for mid-December and a few great opportunities

Hi ,

Here we are almost at Christmas and the extended holiday season. I'm seeing some short-term "last minute" pricing that it's good.

January 23 in the Caribbean

Drive over to Miami (or fly in if you're too far away) for a 12 night really good Caribbean itinerary, pricing with a Club Veranda stateroom that they assign to you before boarding (save several hundred dollars that way, the ship is small and it doesn't matter about location that much at all). Right now at $5748 (per couple) all in. Please click here to watch my short YouTube video about this ship and the sailing. Need to book this before the end of 2021.

Travel in the continental United States

The national parks are already very popular destinations for 2022, with spring and summer filling up fast. I can help you with small group, solo, or couples travel for the September or October time frame that will be less crowded and a little bit more cost effective. But we need to delve into it and deposit it now!

Solo travel

There are several river and ocean cruise lines that currently have no or very low single supplement fees. One yacht/small ship company, Ponant, has over 56 itineraries at the moment with NO single supplement charges. If you have friends and all of you want your own stateroom please contact me and let's get that booked before it disappears.

Private travel

This is the way to go to be comfortable, be well taken care of, save a ton of time and see what you want to see, and not be run ragged. I now have good contacts across Europe for personalized and customized travel, for singles al the way up to 6 people in a small group. You don't have to figure out the driving. You go and enjoy. The cost is surprisingly reasonable and this is a delightful way to travel.

Covid

More European countries are requiring a third vaccination (or booster) before you enter their country and I think that will spread. Make sure your passports are up to date with at least 6 months left on them from the date you return home, your vaccinations are documented and updated, and you are willing to test before you return home (and as you depart in many cases). And you aren't going to object to wearing a mask sometimes. If you are willing to roll with these requirements you can travel and have a great time!

Wishing each of you a fun and wonderful holiday season and many new adventures in the New Year!
