5 areas to set intentions for big impact

Hi ,

This morning I went over to get some blood work drawn, and ended up with a lab tech who truly had an impact on me (besides the needle in my arm). I noticed she had a big yellow stickie on the bottom of her computer screen that said SMILE and had flowers drawn all around it. I asked her about it, and she said, "People come in here worried they will get covid, or worried this will hurt. It's my intention to greet everyone I stick with a smile."

See, she sets her intention, gives herself a little reminder, and impacts everyone who sits in her chair to get blood drawn. As a customer I truly appreciate that! She's impacting others and she's creating a brand for herself, as well. I wanted her name so I could ask for her next time I've got to get blood work, for sure.

I've created a short video for you about how Bill and I set daily intentions, and the 5 areas you can use focus on. You can find the video over on YouTube.

You don't have to write intentions down, like she did, but personally I believe that it helps. Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. And you can have an intention for one day, then switch to something else the next day, too.

If you have an intention to grow a coaching business aimed at business owners you might take a look at a low-cost product I ran across called EZ Business Coach. It gives you ideas about how to structure and niche your coaching business, checklists, and mindmaps. For $14.95 I feel like you'll get at least one decent idea. You can find it here at my own affiliate link:

This afternoon will be the first February meeting for Let's Talk, at 3 PM ET. It's a casual meetup for women to stay connected during this long-lasting pandemic. If you haven't ever joined the group before you can go to Let's Talk and get the access information. There's absolutely no charge to join in.

Welcome to February! We are well into this year, aren't we?

To your sweet success,

Sue Painter
