I'm getting organized

Hi ,
If you have followed me for a while you know that I'm all about simplification and staying super-focused in your business. I'm a firm believer that our jobs as the CEO of our businesses are
- Developing our abilities to make decisions that have a good impact (that's what my CEO Circle Community is for)
- Paying attention to the life we truly want that makes us smile (also a topic in the CEO Circle)
- Using tools that don't break the bank and help us get the business stuff done as simply as possible.
This is why I preach that you can't serve everyone, you can't be on all social media accounts successfully, and you can't confuse people making fuzzy offers.
I'm always asking myself, "What do I want to do know, and how do I want to do it?" Because, you see, that changes as times change (look at 2020!), as our customers grow and change, and and we grow in wisdom and in age.
Yesterday I got to have rich and deep discussions with other business women about how we can stay organized around our purpose and our vision when it's very difficult to fully see the future. The answer is probably to adopt a shorter-term time frame. You won't find me asking any of my coaching or consulting clients what their 5 year plan is, that's for sure!
Yesterday I also got to get the full download of Biz Template Babe's brand new Planner and Calendar Template Kit and I am hot with a dozen ideas how to use this for my business, my home, and my team members, as well. (That's my affiliate link.) As Sarah, the creator, says:
"Use this kit for anything related to planner, journal, tracker or calendar creation.
The sky is the limit with this packet of 200+ layouts designed to allow you to mix and match the perfect combination for each of your projects. For even more options - use this kit in combination with the BTB Ebook + Lead Magnet Kit."
I love that I can be creative and use Canva templates from several different kits, getting exactly what I need. It has saved team members and me hundreds of hours. You might want to grab Sarah's free Canva template and then seriously take a look at the template packs you could use.
Having all these in files in Canva helps us keep super-organized. And that is an on-going focus for myself and my businesses.
What is your shorter-term vision or purpose right now? I'd love to know, so you can hit reply and give me one sentence. I'd appreciate that!
To your sweet success,
Sue Painter
