The Clear Lake Public Library and Healthy Harvest are partnering for a summer intro to hydroponics program held in the Clear Lake Public Library meeting rooms. This is a weekly class throughout the summer geared toward students entering grades 6 and 7. Students will go through the process of caring for and growing plants in a hydroponic tower garden and even learn some recipes to go with the plants they grow. There is no cost to families to participate. Registration is required to attend.

Due to the nature of the class, registration will be limited to 8 students on a first come, first served basis. Register upstairs at the front desk!

Story time for children ages 3-5 and their families is held at 10:30 a.m. every Wednesday, year-round. Story time consists of stories, body movement activities, songs, and rhymes, helping children grow the skills they need to become lifelong readers. Participants must be finished with 3rd grade or older to create their own game. Teens and adults welcome to participate. Registration available starting May 27.
