So What's Up With These "Sisters"?

Now that you've read and hopefully enjoyed Gift of Stone (yeah...might still be horribly nervous about that, due to the dark nature of Zehra's struggles 😬), you may be wondering who these mysterious "sisters" are that Lady Ilsa mentioned in the epilogue. Well, if you've missed Lady Ilsa's sassy presence in the first 2 Elemental Bloodlines novels, prepare yourself. The next 3 books are set to take place in the Austrian village she and Horst call their home.

And the sisters—one Teuton, one outsider—will be the stars of the third Elemental Bloodlines book, Gift of Darkness. I haven't started writing it yet, but it's highly probable that Gift of Darkness will be dual-perspective.

The sisters' tale is scheduled to release on the retailers on May 10th, which gives me a bit more writing time than I gave myself with Gift of Stone. I plan to send the ARCs out by the end of April, if the creeks don't rise.

Now.

Since I know most PNR readers like to read about MF (male & female) romances, I'd better advise you that the romance in Gift of Darkness is FF. Both of the sisters are adopted, and the Teuton sister, Doro, has longed to share her blood with her younger sister, Amira, since they were teens.

Unfortunately, they're having trouble finding a Teuton priest willing to perform the blood-transfer for them. And Doro's certain there's homophobia going on.

But is Doro making the wrong assumption? Find out at the end of April, if you're up for an FF romance between one seasoned witch & one aspiring witch!

If you'd rather skip over this book for reasons personal to you, please reply and let me know, so I can remove you (temporarily) from the ARC team. Books 4-6 in Elemental Bloodlines will include standard MF relationships, so of course you'll be welcome back after Doro & Amira have their time in the spotlight.
