Progress, Positivity, And Medieval Ruins 🏰
Mar 30, 2022 3:01 pm
Greetings from C.L. Carhart's indie author world!
Tell me something good that's happened in your week! We all need positivity to keep us inspired on the daily grind. What victories, teeny tiny or world-renowned, have you seized this week? I want to know! 😊
Writing Updates
After an overlong pause due to the creation of Veiled Magic, I'm finally plugging away at the LAST book in my His Name Was Augustin series! Made it through Chapter 4, and all sorts of shenanigans are simmering away.
Will Swanie allow herself to die like the historical accounts suggest? 💀
Or will she find their own ways to subvert recorded destiny? 😱
Preorders should be up by next week.
If you haven't snagged Veiled Magic for FREE yet, grab it here:
Fun Photo
Since Swanie's hanging out in the Black Forest, it seems like a good time to share a singular view from Hohengeroldseck, an 12th century fortress.
If you like checking out ruins without any humans interfering, this fortress is for you. Magnificent views over the nearby towns and woodland, and stunning architecture that defies time's decay. 🏰
Sale and Giveaway
Need some fresh fantasy 🧚♀ or sci-fi 👽 reads . . . or a brand new Kindle Fire? Check out C.L. Cannon's book fair, and don't forget to enter the giveaway at the bottom! No newsletter signups required.
I'd better skedaddle so I can dive back into writing. Don't forget to let me know what awesome things have happened in your week! And grab Veiled Magic if you haven't yet. 😎
Talk to you soon,
C.L. Carhart
PS - Currently listening to dirges apropos for dismal fates─thanks, Swanie─so here's "Love's Sudden Death" by Darkher for your listening pleasure. 🖤
