P.s. Just so you know, chariot racing llamas are a real thing. When I was 38 weeks pregnant with my oldest, I drove three hours with a friend to pick up "free" llamas. (Free is never free where animals are concerned...)

Anyways....turns out, the original llama owner had passed away and so the family asked the neighbors to take care of them and find them a home.

Enter whale-ishly pregnant me: it was a whole "friend of a friend" type of deal.

And I suckered my good friend into wanting these llamas for her sheep.

They were some spry, speedy things, and after I slammed the trailer door to keep them from getting out, the people turn to us and say, "You know these used to be chariot racing llamas?"

You don't say....
