What are your sticking points?

Happy January!!!
I have missed you. With vacation and the holidays, I hav e not been writing as much. I am very much looking forward to getting back in the swing of things.
Today I am going to challenge you to do an exercise that I challenged everyone at the New Year's Day event to do when I spoke to them.
- Take out a notepad, your phone and open up notes, or open up word on your laptop.
- Take time to reflect on how you
- T - wasted TIME last year on people, places, experiences?
- H - had poor HEALTH habits. Maybe you didn't focus on sleep. Maybe you drank too much alcohol too often. Maybe you didn't exercise enough. Maybe it was simple as you didn't drink enough water regularly.
- R - what RELATIONSHIPS took too much energy from you?
- I - what habits caused you to not to produce the INCOME you wanted, and to end up not being where you want to be financially?
- V - how did all of the above negatively impact your long-term vision for your life?
- E - what were the worst experiences you had in 2021?
Wow CJ why are we focusing on the negative and the bad?
Because the best way to move forward... is to acknowledge what is HOLDING US BACK in the first place.
Once you let go of the strings you are creating for yourself in your environment... you can start building an extreme amount of momentum in the direction you want to be going.
After doing the exercise above, I want you to email it to yourself and call it "What not to do in 2022."
Don't let yourself repeat the mistakes of your past. Learn from them! And go make new mistakes. Don't be afraid to rock the boat this year! Get after it! Chase all of the dreams and ideas that have been rattling in your brain for some time now. But before you do so, make sure you look back on previous years and the habits that caused you pain in the past. LET GO OF THEM!
