It is that time of year again where you get asked...

What are your goals for 2023?

What are you dreaming of?

Who do you plan to be?


The problem with the questions above is that they can be overwhelming to most people.


Hell, most of us have so much going on that thinking beyond just today, or this week, it can cause us to be anxious.


And my goal is not to create anxiety for you!!!


It is to help you THRIVE!


So instead of asking you what your big goals and dreams are...


Instead...


I want you to reflect on 2022.


Over the past year I am sure you have had some habits that have caused you to waste time, disrupt your health, hurt your relationships with others, and cause unnecessary financial stressors. 


I know I have.


Everyday I waste my own time in small ways whether it is finding myself scrolling, or not being present while I am working, exercising, or with other people. 


I harm my mental and spiritual health by trying to please others by doing more than I should sign up for.


My relationships with those I care about most sometimes get the short end of the stick because I spend all my energy elsewhere. 


And I get complacent with the financial aspects of my businesses because money has never been my #1 motivator. 


I have bad habits.


Yet, I never let these negative habits outweigh my positive ones.


And one of the ways I make sure of this…


Is to reflect and analyze like I am doing right now.


Because if I focus on being aware of the bad habits, I can minimize them moving forward, and begin working towards eliminating them altogether.


Now it is your turn!


Take this moment to reflect upon the habits that have been detrimental to you.


If you focus on dwindling these, you will automatically step into becoming a better version of yourself, and the result of this will lead you to achieving those goals and dreams you have set for yourself. 

 

After your reflection, ACTION is needed to start swaying your future towards the one you wish to bring to reality. 


So why not take immediate action TODAY?

  1. Be a better use of your TIME?
  2. Improve your HEALTH?
  3. Build a better RELATIONSHIP with someone you love?
  4. Step you in the direction of more INCOME?
  5. Redirect you onto the VISION and path that you defined for your life?
  6. Will add a valuable EXPERIENCE to you?


I want you to focus on taking action to the questions I asked you above. 


Stop telling me and others what you "will do."


Just go show us! :)

p.s. today I am grateful for the surprise baby shower that the company Erin works put together last night. It was special to see her so loved by those she works closely with on a daily basis.
