In about three hours from now I will be driving 6 hours up to Oklahoma City.

And at the same time my best friend Noah will be driving down to OKC from Minnesota.

Why?

Because....

The OASYSS Sauna has been born.

This sauna is both Noah and I doing just that for ourselves.

It is the start of a journey to help spearhead the movement for everyone around us to unlock their own potential, and THRIVE ON LIFE.

Here's the thing...

In Sauna's + Ice Bath's, I have built strong bonds and relationships with other people, had some of the most enlightening conversations of my life, started new business ideas and relationships, and gotten myself into the best mental/physical/spiritual health of my life!!!

And I want to share this feeling, and these experiences with the world!
