Aka in every moment, I will strive to embody the attitude, discipline, mindfulness, decision making skills, and physical/mental/spiritual health of a "champion."

Key thing here is I have to choose how I define a "champion."

Write a few bullets of the characteristics of the champion YOU WANT TO EMBODY.

Then turn those words into ACTION as you take steps every day in the shoes of the champion you described.
