Another holiday weekend is here... and you get a few days "off."
Let me reframe the next couple days for you.
Instead of turning the OFF button, I want you to flip the ON switch.
What do I mean by this?
If you feel like you need days OFF from your life...you need to reflect on why that is.
And what better way then to do that on a long weekend. :)
Use this holiday to ask yourself what life would look like if instead of needing days "OFF," you invested your time into flipping the ON switch towards what it is you actually want to be doing with your time.
What you'll find is, the less you do things that zap the energy away from you, the more time and space you have to fill with the things that turn you on.
And who doesn't liked to be turned on. ;)
