Why do I exercise and train?

To climb mountains. To travel the world. To take on adventure with a SMILE!


I exercise because it is the very foundation that helps me THRIVE ON LIFE.


No matter what obstacles are thrown my way...mental, physical, or spiritual...I can always connect my ability to overcome them back to the consistency in my training regimen.


This is what I train for.


But I am here right now to ask you what it is you are training for?


And if you are not training, why not?


Are you "hoping" the life you want just appears one day?


Or are you putting in the work, day after day to make that life become a reality?


It starts with how you are training.


Are you half-assing your days?


Or are you giving the last rep even more passion and power than your first one?

Only you can answer the questions I ask above. You will either wake up and go to sleep, knowing that deep down, you are leaving a lot of life to be lived.


or....


You will LIVE your life today, filled with the intention to give every last ounce of energy you have towards making the breath your about to take...WORTH IT.

p.s. today I am grateful that I will get to see some of my friends who I have not seen since my wedding 3 years ago. Two days left in Vegas and then I fly back to compete Saturday morning in the ATX. I am grateful for the opportunity to "do it all" right now.
