Take responsibility

for your health.

In 30 minutes, my wife and I will be heading over to AnyLabTestNow.

We decided yesterday (Black Friday) that our "shopping" focus was going to be on our own health and recovery. So we each booked ourselves 3 blood tests.

  1. Spectracell Micronutrient Test
  2. Men's / Women's Panel
  3. Heart Health Panel

After we receive the results, if we have any deficiencies, we will then take more tests that are specific to those deficiencies.

Going into 2021, our goal is to get general blood work done twice per year, while also adding in some specialty tests here and there just to learn more about our own bodies.

I am writing this because I want to encourage you to do the same thing.

If you have the money to pay for gifts for others this year, you have the money to pay for a couple blood tests to make sure you are operating at your best.

And if you are one to ask the question..."well how will I read the results?"

  1. There are online health professionals that would be happy to chat with you.
  2. I recommend you start learning these things on your own. Google and YouTube are extremely powerful tools for teaching ourselves.
  3. If you are comfortable, reach out to me. I am super nerdy when it comes to all this, and I want to learn as much as possible....so you reaching out actually helps me learn.

I hope you take all of the above into consideration. :)

Have a wonderful weekend!
