My brother has a special skill to be present in the moment better than almost everyone I know. I look up to him for it.

Today is his wedding, so I will be taking a dose of the "present" medicine and soaking it all in. I encourage all of you to take a dose of it this weekend.

Especially with everything that is currently going on in this world.
