It is FRIDAY!!! Today is going to be a shorter message.
As you know, I am a huge advocate for taking your health into your own hands.
And one of the most important pieces of your health routine...is your SLEEP.
Yet you, and millions of others, may be lacking in this critical area.
Because of this, I have been on a mission going into this year to improve my own sleep, and encourage others, aka YOU, to do the same.
And I have already put my money where my mouth is by investing in the Oura Ring (sleep stats), the Chilipad (keep my bed cooler so I sleep through the night), and now I have joined the WHOOP train to focus more on my exercise output, recovery, and sleep. Here are some of the pictures from the app after my first day. ***WHOOP takes a few weeks to start tailoring the data towards your specific lifestyle. It will begin to make you aware of the amount of strain you have been exerting, the amount of sleep you need, and what has had the most impact on your sleep, both negatively and positively.
Another cool aspect is that you can create your own team, or join existing groups to see each other's stats, as well as motivate each other to workout, rest, and recover efficiently.
This is not everything that is within the app, I am still learning more about it. And I'd love for you to join in on the learning TOO!
One of the best things about WHOOP is there referral model.
So if you want to try WHOOP for FREE (technically $8 for shipping)
Use the link below.
Get a free WHOOP strap and your first month free when you join with my link:
Then once you signup, if you want to keep using the WHOOP, refer your friends and you will receive free months as well. Otherwise, you can write it off as a $8 self-improvement experiment. And lets be real, $8 is the same price as that alcoholic drink you are about to buy this weekend. Instead, invest in yourself and give the WHOOP a try.
Crush your Friday!

p.s. today I am grateful to live in a time where I can be my own test dummy when it comes to trying new things to improve my life. All I need is my curiosity and the internet for the most part.
