5 minutes to THRIVE... my new product

Today...


  1. How are you going to maximize your time here on earth? Make sure your calendar represents a Friday that YOU are CHOOSING to live by, rather than living by a calendar set for you.
  2. How do you plan to take care / improve your health today?
  3. Who do you need to call or text that you haven't in awhile? Who needs you today?
  4. What can you do to increase your income today? What can you invest in today for a better tomorrow?
  5. What is your long term vision? Why is it your long term vision? Are you actions aligning with this vision?
  6. What new experiences are you planning for yourself today? New experiences are one of the pillars to living a happier and healthier life.


Yesterday, during my weekly conference call with my good friend Sarah Hernholm, founder of WIT (Whatever It Takes), she helped me ideate on a product I am building. Aka she helped me come up with the "5 minutes to THRIVE" model.


I built out a more in-depth product, but I was looking for a MVP (minimum viable product), and an entry way into a daily ritual that would provide enough value to my customers to earn their trust. And when I showed her my idea, she came up with the MVP!!! This shows the importance of working with other people. We can go so much further together!

A simple methodology to follow that can be completed in as quickly as 5 minutes.


I wholeheartedly believe that if you woke up each day and ask yourself the question "How do I THRIVE (Time, Health, Relationships, Income, Vision, Experiences) today?" You will live in a much more intentional way, and ultimately THRIVE ON LIFE.

As you already know, helping other people thrive on their own lives.... that is my lifelong mission.


You also know that I am always willing to practice what I preach, so here we go.


Time: Today my calendar is filled with activities in Boulder / Denver Colorado with a bunch of badass friends I am so grateful to have. I chose to book this trip and take my life to the next level by surrounding myself with other people who are making a huge impact on their respective communities.


Health: I am going to go for a run this morning, then we plan to go to Red Rocks for a group workout. On top of that, I brought my supplements with me to Colorado to make sure I stay on track of my vitamins and minerals for better recovery.


Relationships: I don't get to see the people I am with this weekend that often, so my goal is to be extremely present and build closer bonds with all of them.


Income/Investments: this trip revolves around a Men's group I am a part of, and currently we are building out the strategy and structure to hosting Men's retreats in the near future. When this happens, it will add another stream of income to my list, and the best part is, it won't feel like work at all.


Vision: Traveling, building relationships, building new companies/projects... and helping other people do the same... I live for this. This very moment I am surrounded by a group of people doing the same. This is the life I envisioned years ago...now it is time to put in the work to amplify it.


Experiences: I have never been to Boulder before. Within a few hours of landing, I was already hiking through the trees, swimming in a creek, and jumping off a rope swing into small rapids. The next 4 days will be much more of the same! :)

p.s. today I am grateful for the great outdoors. I am very much looking forward to all the hiking and swimming I will be doing he next few days.
