Whoever you are on the other side of this, I believe you are the type of person that can relate.

Have you ever heard the statement "more afraid of success, than of failure.." ?

What it means is that you have a fear of stepping into what you know will bring you your ultimate success.

Maybe you are afraid of what others will think.

Maybe you have a fear of letting others, or yourself down.

Maybe you have self doubts about whether you are "good" enough.

Or maybe you are like me, and you hold yourself back because you know the sacrifices that you will have to make to get to where you want to go... and those sacrifices bring fear to you.

Why does this bring fear?

I have worked so damn hard to get to where I am.

Yet, deep down, I know I am still only an inch deep on a mile long journey to where I want to be.

And to dig even further will take sacrifices I know will change my day to day life.

The catch 22?

These sacrifices are something I MUST do to remain happy and at peace with myself.

THRIVING to me has a lot to do with bringing all my untapped potential to LIFE.

And when I reflect on my past, every time I have made sacrifices, my potential shined a bit brighter.

Because I was able to shine brighter, I had more light and energy to give to others and help them shine too.

p.s. I am grateful for fear. It is a feeling I am happy that the human experience has, because of the joy I get when I break through fear... it is something that is so fulfilling.
