It's time to get YOU back on the TRACK!

Around the time this email goes out I will be suffering...
the good kind of suffering though.
Wait CJ...there's a good kind?!?
YESSSS. Every Tuesday morning I choose to suffer by attempting my fastest 1-mile run time with some of my friends. Normally I am huffing and puffing, not caught smiling like I am below. LOL.
(Shoutout to Jake Allen for capturing Zac Sagay and I in action)
Why do we do this? Mainly to better ourselves. Yet, if we dig a bit deeper, running and other forms of activity are great ways to remind us of a few things...
- If you have two arms, two legs, a pulse, and the ability to breathe normally...YOU ARE BLESSED. So be grateful!
- Our bodies are a lot tougher, stronger, and more resilient than our minds allow us to believe. If you start conquering your mind on the "track," (the track can be a metaphorical one, not just the one you run on) it will transition to having a higher mental fortitude throughout all areas of your life.
- As humans we are meant to be connected in our community or "tribe." It is an almost euphoric experience to set goals, suffer through the execution of them, and conquer your self-doubts & the goals you set...all with a supportive tribe by your side.
If you currently do not find yourself on the track of being grateful, building your mental & physical resilience, and surrounding yourself with a community that supports you through all the wins & losses...take some time to reflect on WHY. Then connect with my friends and I so we can help you find your "track" towards doing so.
And if you wish to come join the Tuesday morning running party at the physical track, I look forward to seeing you bright and early next week at
Start time: 730ish
End time: 830ish
***Feel free to come and go as you wish though!***
