You can do anything, but you an't do everything.

Trust me, I have tried. LOL (referring to the subject line)
Today I have something very simple to ask you.
It is based on the fact that I have been struggling lately to figure out what the next step on my own path is.
Because of this, I have been reflecting and asking myself a lot of various questions.
Yet, the one that has seemed to help the most is very simple.
"CJ, what lights your fire up the most?"
In other words, what gives me energy and puts me in flow state?
When asked the simple question, I have simple answers.
- Athletic Performance / Athletic Recovery / Everything Health and Wellness
- Podcasting
- Writing/Reading/Educating
- Community Events
- Content Creation
The numbers aren't the rank of them, on any given day those rankings can switch. These are the things that fill my fire the most.
It is not a huge list.
But it still causes a slight problem.
I can do so many things within that list, right?
So the next step is to line by line understand what parts of each of those things do I love most.
Once that is figured out, I can then analyze how much bandwidth I have to dedicate to them.
That is enough of my list.
I want you to do this same thing!!!
Another week has flown by, and we are only getting closer to the end of yet another year.
You no longer should be living a life that isn't fulfilling to you!!!
And creating this list will 100 percent help you live a more fulfilling life.
Take 5 minutes to think about what do you do in your life that lights your fire the most? Write those things down! Then analyze them even further and determine what directly leads your cup being filled.
By doing this, you can shift your time and life around to make sure your cup is filled as much as possible. :)
If all of us have filled cups, we will have more to pour out, and ultimately this world becomes a better place for all of us.

p.s. today I am grateful I get to take part in one of my best friend's weddings this weekend. I am excited to be present during such a special time in his life.
