Stop being so undisciplined!!!

I get people that reach out to me and complain that they are unhappy with their health, their career, and sometimes their life.


Yet when I make suggestions to how they can lead their own change... their is always an excuse.


And ultimately their troubles all stem from lack of discipline.


Example: Sleeping well, eating healthy, and exercising regularly... will improve your health. Yet if people did this would we have 40+ percent obesity in our country? NO.


As always, there are extenuating circumstances for a few, but the majority of people lack the discipline to change themselves. It literally is A CHOICE for people to make.


So going into another weekend, I want you to read the two pages below (from the book "The Five Major Pieces to the Life Puzzle) and then ask yourself where have you been undisciplined lately?

Write down the areas you have found yourself lacking discipline.


And on Monday, give yourself a clean slate. You are no longer the person that slacks in those areas. You are the exact opposite.

p.s. Discipline = freedom. I am grateful that I learned at a younger age that discipline and sacrifice earns a life that many will never be able to enjoy. Nowadays I spend a lot of my time doing my best to help others experience the same thing.
