You had a character building day.

You don't become "super" without going through the trials and tribulations that force you to level up.

This is something I have to remind myself constantly.

Why?

Because it can be really fucking easy to melt into the comfort that life tries to entice us with at every step of the way.

Distraction is everywhere.

Temptation is everywhere.

And discipline/resiliency are dwindling.

The foundation of your character IS NOT built during the times of comfort.

It is created during the times that seem insurmountable for you to overcome.

Recently, I have felt like the wave of life is going to take me out to sea.

There are a lot of moving pieces in my life right now.

And it can be easy to lean into anxiety and distain, rather than joy and appreciation.

If this is you too, I empathize with you!

I want you to know that you are not alone.

Life is fucking hard.

BUT YOUR CHARACTER IS HARDER...

only if you choose.

And today I want you to choose CHARACTER over comfort.

Because for you to have a better tomorrow...

It will depend on you making this tough choice.
