Simple Start Saturday

Nov 21, 2020 8:13 pm

  1. Wake up and drink water
  2. Go outside
  3. Take 10 deep breaths
  4. Stretch for 5 minutes
  5. Ask yourself this question..."what would make today a great day?!?"
  6. Hold yourself to number 5.

If you are not careful, days can easily get away from you. For too many people, the day runs them, rather than them running their day.

Your goal to end this year should be to start fine tuning your ACTIONS to align with the question "what would make today a great day?"

Because if you control yourself today and make it great...tomorrow you have a better chance to do the same.

And before you know it, you've had yourself a great week...great month....great year........GREAT LIFE.

But it starts with today.

I chose a Saturday to write this because you may find yourself going off the rails on weekends. Agreeing to things that you wouldn't normally agree to, just to fill your time.

I am here to help you fight against that.

Time is your most valuable asset, and it is even more important on weekends to be diligent with how you choose to spend it.

I hope you have an amazing weekend filled with time well spent!!!

ps: I am grateful that Today I get to co-teach a fitness class with my wife Erin. We have both worked so hard to get to this point and it fills my cup to know the journey ahead will be just as fun and adventurous.
