What would make today "successful?"
Apr 18, 2022 12:13 pm
When I am "stressed," it tends to boil down to the fact that I have too much to do, in a too little amount of time that I have allocated myself.
Which then forces me to prioritize, say NO to things, and let some things fall through the cracks.
As a competitive person, and someone who likes to do it all, that is never a good feeling.
Yet, I have learned to be grateful that I have a lot going on, rather than the opposite way around.
I've also grown into realizing what I can control and what I cannot.
At the end of the day, all I can do is look back at myself and ask "did I give it my all?"
... to say yes to the above I have to define what "all" is for myself.
Here is where you come in!
Because this isn't about my all, it is about yours.
LIST OUT WHAT WOULD MAKE TODAY A "SUCCESSFUL DAY."
And today's success is determined by you giving all your energy to this list you are about to make.

I have found that writing simple lists like this, they force me to look at whether I am spending my days in the way they need to be spent to achieve the future I wish to live in.
And I wholeheartedly believe a simple approach like this can help you as well!
Set your list today, and go attack it!

p.s. I am grateful for the time I got to spend with these two humans over the weekend. Moments like these remind me of how little we actually need in life to be happy.
