Fall 2024 Circle C and Goldtown Story Writing Contest Launches

FALL STORY-WRITING CONTEST LAUNCHES!
Circle C and Goldtown readers, writers, and fans are welcome to enter the fall 2024 story-writing contest. Last spring, it was an "anything goes" writing contest (you could write whatever fiction story came to mind). This time around, you will choose from photo prompts and/or sentence prompts, or if you prefer, write a Circle C or Goldtown story from your imagination. Lots of freedom here! But for those who need a little jumpstart, I've complied a collection of prompts.
Contest Fast Facts 📝
- ✔️Contest is open to U.S. and International writers. However, physical prizes are shipped to U.S. mailing addresses only (but we can work out a digital deal if an international writer wins). 😏
- ✔️Two age groups: 9-12 and 13-17.
- ✔️Contest runs October 10 - November 13 @ 5pm Pacific Time; Winner announced (Lord willing) November 22.
Prizes 🎁
One winner from each of the two age categories (ages 9-12 and ages 13-17). Each winner may pick one item from each of the categories (#1, #2, #3).
