Did you know we have a private Facebook group for our team? We share a lot of training, updates and product info in the group each week. Team member Kara asked a great question this week.
I have a customer who placed an order online and accidentally selected rep delivery but wants direct delivery (she lives 300 miles away from me). Is there a way I can fix that from my online account or do I need to call customer service? If I can fix it online, please help me find where to go!
This is something that sometimes happens when our customers are ordering on our online store. Thank you Daniel for popping in with the answer while I was away from the computer:
She has to go back and redo the order and select direct delivery, so that it takes her payment and ships it to her. She has not paid anything for the order if she selected rep delivery.
After traveling for most of 2 weeks and all of the working ahead and catching up on all the things I didn't do while I was gone, plus starting physical therapy since I've returned, some of the housekeeping is a bit overdue. For example, our shower was starting to look a bit rough. Thankfully it was still a quick and easy job to clean it with the Home Star Bathroom Cleaner. And the fresh apple scent makes it something I almost look forward to doing,
