New Compensation Plan beginning Campaign 1 2025.
You should have received an email from Avon with the changes to our compensation plan for the new year. If you didn't get the email or have questions let me know and I'll forward the email and answer any questions.
The biggest change affecting most Ambassadors is the new variable earnings levels. Instead of our commission percentage being determined by the sales level we have achieved it is now determined by your total sales in a campaign. This means even brand new ambassadors have the opportunity to earn more when they sell more.

What We Shared This Week
Did you know we have a private Facebook group for our team? We share a lot of training, updates and product info in the group each week. But I know that even if you are on Facebook and a member of the group, it can be easy to miss something here and there, and a lot of folks aren't on Facebook at all so each campaign I'll be putting together a digest of the most important things shared in the Sunrise Beauty Team Group
On nights where I get to bed-time and haven’t washed my face, I use Hydra Fusion Cleansing Micellar Water because I don’t want to use a cleanser that has to be rinsed because it makes it harder to fall asleep but I still want to remove any makeup or dirt from the day and prep my skin for a night cream.
