Hi ,
Ever run out of room on your Weber kettle? Coals on one side, food on the other, and suddenly there's no room left.
Extender rings fix that, but over here in the UK they're few and far between, and they're not cheap. So I made my own.
I took my 20-year-old Weber, turned a rotisserie ring into a second cooking level with four stainless bolts and a drill, and finally fitted a proper lid thermometer, the ChefsTemp S1. Then I put both levels to the test.
