Hello Dear Readers!

And happy birthday, Boxer! Bring a Boxer to His Knees released on Thursday. It tickles me pink, purple, and blue that readers so far are enjoying it. It always seems a risk to take a Regency romance out of the ballrooms and away from the social conventions we so love about the genre, but I couldn't help myself. There's a line in Leave a Widow Wanting More where they joke about Nora joining the circus, and I knew as soon as I slapped it down on the page that it would shape her story. I'm so glad to finally have that story out in the world.

If you've already read it, what did you think of Freddy? Her story is already up for pre-order--Scandalizing the Scoundrel. Right now, it's part of a multi-author series called The Wicked Widows League, and the cover matches the other books by FABULOUS authors in that set, but it will eventually get a cover to match the Cavendish Family series.

And I know some of you may be curious about Jackson and Gwendolyn's story. Love a Lady at Midnight is slowly percolating in my brain. I keep poking Gwendolyn, but she just swats my hand away and tells me to mind my own business. I do not have a release date for it yet. I have finally figured out her secret, though, and I'll be posting some research links on the blog this month to give everyone a hint about what it is. 🤓 I thought it was one thing... I was wrong. 😂 It's also going to connect the Cavendish books to my one stand-alone novel, Three Kisses Till Christmas.

So, fun times with familiar characters ahead!

I'm off to the beach for a family vacation, the first I've had in four years! So wish me luck. With 2 young kiddos it's sure to be an adventure.
