Have you guys read Tracy Sumner's Rake Review book yet? What do you think about the Brazen Belle's future?

After last week's letter, I had a few answers to my question--which of my many upcoming projects would you like to hear more about? And you guys answered, asking for more information about which of my series will be moving into and out of Kindle Unlimited and also more about my new series. Let's chat about Kindle Unlimited first.

So, the series that will be moving out of of KU and going into other retailers (Barnes and Noble, Apple, Google, etc) is my London Secrets series. That includes A Secret Desire, Sinning in Secret, Keep No Secrets, and Secrets Between Lovers. They've had a five year run in KU, and I'll move them back in at some point. They will not move out of KU until the end of January, so you still have over a month to read them in KU if you'd like.

There is a series going into KU in January as well: The Gentleman's Guide to Courtship! This will happen right before the publication of the final book in the series, Dukes Court for Keeps, which will release right away into KU. So if you're a Barnes and Noble, Apple Books, or Kobo readers, if you like buying directly from the Wolf store, they'll be available in those places until January 6 or so.

If you've been waiting for the Guide series to be in KU, you're in for a treat. I really do love it, and it's been such a joy to write. The duke, hero of book 6, whose story I'm currently revising, has stolen my heart in a way I didn't expect him to.

It's different from when I wrote Atlas Bromley's story. I KNEW Atlas had me in the palm of his hand. But the Duke of Clearford? Samuel Merriweather, that conceited, interfering hedgehog's arse of a man? I had no idea. I totally didn't see him coming.

Neither did Lady Emma Blackwood, that's for sure. I can't wait to share more about their story with you guys soon. One small detail, though...

So, the title is an anachronism. "For keeps" is not a Regency era phrase. I wasn't thinking about anachronisms when I coined all the titles for the series. I was just trying to come up with titles that made me smile, had a good rhythm to them (rhythm is really important to me in title creation for some reason), and fit the series premise. It was only later where I was like... hmmmm, I bet that's not period accurate. 🤣 But titles in historical romance often play with modern phrases, so I'm not too stressed. Besides I love the title, so this author writes for keeps in this instance. 😁

Will you be shocked if you end up liking the Duke of Clearford? 🤣
