Hello Dear Readers!

Yesterday Austen Tea Party, a Jane Austen-centered anthology supporting breast cancer research, released! If you love Austen, and if you've ever at the very least dipped your toes into Jane Austen fan fiction, you might enjoy this anthology. It's got some amazing authors you may be familiar with including Tabetha Waite, Catherine Stein, Cecilia Rene, and me. And there's a ton of really great new-to-me authors as well. I'm so excited to cuddle up with my paperback version and find some new authors to love as I revisit my favorite Austen characters.

Each story includes at least one character from Austen's books, so there's lots of fun to be had. My story--The Secret to Swooning--is also a part of my London Secrets series. 😮 I know! It's been so long since I visited these characters, and I've had Lady Ann's story in my head since I wrote The Secret Seduction. I'm so glad to finally share it with everyone. It's a super short little story, but I think I've packed it full of laughs and feeling. If you remember Carson's grand gesture in The Secret Seduction, this little story picks up immediately after that, as Lady Ann leaves the moral luncheon dejected.

Don't worry. Our girl can't be kept down long. Especially not when her best friend is a rake. Her mama's not having rakes, though, and she sends Ann off to a tea party hosted by Lady Catherine de Bourgh to swoon her way into a proper relationship. 🤣
